Decide where you want to sit. There are two seating options:
- Full Weekend Reserved Table – This pass includes the New Year’s Eve Dinner Show and Countdown Party plus all workshops and activities except Specialty Intensives. You are invited to join any VIP Reserved Table by simply selecting that table when you register. Seats are first-come first-served.
- Full Weekend General Open Seating – This pass includes the New Year’s Countdown Party (no Dinner Show) plus all workshops and activities except Specialty Intensives. This pass type allows you to sit at any open seat that is NOT at a reserved table.

Save time IN LINE by registering for competitions ON LINE. If you’re interested in competing in PRO-Ams, contact your pro today and let them know! Don’t wait until the event. They are super busy and need time to plan.

Online registration closes on December 26, 2019. After that, our Registration Staff will happily assist you at the Event.
All Event Passes are held at the door. Please save the confirmation email you receive as your receipt. Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. Purchased tickets are transferable for a $10 administrative fee if the ticket purchaser cannot attend the event. Purchaser must notify us at Jaybyampresents@gmail.com of their intent to transfer their ticket to another individual. The new ticket holder must meet the requirements necessary to be eligible for the ticket transfer (i.e. Student pass, All Star pass, etc.).
Sorry! Due to allergies, sensitivities and liability, pets will not be permitted in Event areas. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
