Decide where you want to sit. There are two seating options:
- VIP Reserved Table – You are invited to join any VIP Reserved Table by simply selecting a table and purchasing a FULL EVENT Pass for that specific table. Seats are first-come-first-served.
- Open Seating – This pass type allows you to sit in an open seat that is NOT at a reserved table.

Online registration closes on Aug 14, 2019. After that, our Registration Staff will happily assist you at the Event.
All Event Passes are held at the door. Please save the confirmation email you receive as your receipt. Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled. Purchased tickets are transferable if the ticket purchaser cannot attend. Purchaser must notify us at Jaybyampresents@gmail.com of their intent to transfer their ticket to another individual. The new ticket holder must meet the requirements necessary to be eligible for the ticket transfer (i.e. Student pass, All-Star pass, etc.)
NOTE: There is a $15 Transfer Fee to change any tickets.

Jay Byam Presents is looking for actors, singers, and dancers with strong stage presence and real talent to perform in our New Year’s Eve Show. If interested, sign up for the Open Audition when you register; then watch the Schedule for date and time of the audition. Then, come prepared to sing, dance, or act in a private audition. Performance numbers can be solo or in a group. Be creative! Think “Singin’ In The Rain”, “Guys & Dolls”, “Show Boat”, “Chorus Line”, or anything Rogers & Hammerstein. The audition is designed to help us find people who are the right fit for our New Year’s production.
If selected, you will be assigned a specific role, number, or routine which you will be invited to learn and perform at the New Year’s Event in Palm Springs. Performers will receive a free pass to the New Year’s event and other cool stuff. Give it a shot!
